Throughout California, migration barriers imperil fish. Our objective is to provide southern steelhead and coastal rainbow trout with access to historic spawning habitat and restored hydrological and ecological processes. Working with the Fish Passage Forum & CA Hydropower Reform Coalition (CHRC) we will accomplish this by:
- Securing flows and beneficial water quality at all hydropower facilities in Southern California
- Securing fish passage in all priority reaches in rivers and streams throughout California
- Revising hydropower policies to assure river health, water supply and energy conservation
