Project Description

By applying the model developed by CalTrout in the Sierra Nevada which streamlines the meadow restoration cycle, we have identified, assessed and prioritized four meadows in the Modoc area for restoration. We are currently completing restoration design and environmental compliance for priority meadows–Parman, Willow Creek, Patterson, and Fitzhugh Creek. By project’s end in early 2019, these four meadows will be brought to “shovel ready” status.
