Friends of the Los Angeles River (FoLAR) is hosting the fourth annual RiverFest – a FREE open-air environmental arts and community festival celebrating the culture, history, and people that shape the LA River. The fourth annual RiverFest will feature a variety of local artists with thrilling live performances, a stunning visual art gallery and a bustling marketplace.
