Join the Save Santa Barbara Steelhead free public townhall at the Lobero Theatre on Sunday March 9th, to learn what is happening with this endangered species, hosted by Santa Barbara Flyfishers. Expert speakers will discuss the historical significance, present condition, and future plans to restore its local spawning habitat. CalTrout’s Senior South Coast Project Manager, Russell Marlow, will be there to discuss why our actions now are critical to preventing extinction.

The Grace Fisher Foundation will be also present on the Lobero Esplanade from 11am – 4pm featuring art for sale, and an interactive community art project celebrating the conservation of the endangered Southern California steelhead.
