Biography

For the last 23 years, Todd has been the Founding General Partner at Apogee Venture Group, a high tech investment consulting firm. Prior to this, he worked in business operations at several technology companies. His career started at IBM in sales. Todd then progressed to several tech companies and start-ups, including Tandem Computers and First Data Resources. He was an original Sales Executive at NeXT Computers, working for Steve Jobs for over six years. He also was the founding Business Executive at Netscape, which launched the commercialization of the Internet. While managing Apogee, he has participated in several IPO’s, including Active Software, Epiphany, Aerohive, and Zuora. He has served on the Board of Directors of over twenty companies.

Todd is a graduate of Princeton University, ’73. He has worked with several philanthropic organizations, including The Carter Center; several Universities; and many smaller foundations. Todd enjoys fly fishing and the environment. He has four children (three excellent fly fishermen).
