Paige was raised in the Central Valley and has been passionate about river ecosystem conservation since childhood. She has a bachelor’s degree in Biology from University of Miami, a master’s degree in Water Resources Management from UC Santa Barbara, and ten years of work experience in the California freshwater field. Her master’s thesis focused on the ecosystem services provided by the Carson and Walker Rivers in the Eastern Sierra. She enjoys walking around town with her chiweenie Peaches, gardening, and going on surf and ski trips around the world.
