Alix is passionate about environmental education and community science, and is based in Southern California. She is excited to get San Diego communities involved with our work.

Alix’s academic background is in Environmental Studies and Tropical Ecology, and her professional experience is in outdoor education and marine ecology.

In her free time, you can find Alix surfing, making pottery, gardening, and outside searching for critters to observe.
