Charlie Schneider was raised by loggers in the forests of Northern California. He holds a Master of Natural Resources degree from Oregon State University and a graduate certificate in fisheries management. Charlie currently leads CalTrout’s efforts to remove two obsolete dams in the Eel River and is also part of CalTrout’s Legal & Policy Team. He lives in Petaluma with his wife and two sons.
