Ada Fowler, Ph.D.

Ada Fowler, Ph.D. received her MS degree from Colorado State University in Wildlife Ecology in 1990 and a Ph.D. in Conservation Biology from UC Davis in 2005. Ada is a leader in the restoration of riparian vegetation along the Shasta River and helped develop techniques to improve the survival of tree plantings. Ada has managed several large restoration projects and is playing a key role in the Shasta River Habitat Improvement Project, working closely with partners and landowners to restore critical salmon habitat.
