Nicole brings more than 18 years of development experience across environmental and climate organizations, with a focus on major gifts, foundations, federal grants, and building lifelong donor relationships. She grew up in Maine along the Kennebec River and near the coast, where she developed a lifelong connection to water and the outdoors.

After more than 20 years in California, she is excited to bring that experience to CalTrout and support work that protects the waters, wildlife, and communities that make the state so special. Outside of work, Nicole is happiest in the ocean, on the side of a mountain, or at the kitchen table with her family.
