From the headwaters of the Sierra to Southern California’s coastal streams, healthy rivers sustain native fish, wildlife, clean water, local communities, and the places we love to explore. Yet many of these waterways face unprecedented challenges—and equally unprecedented opportunities for recovery.
Join California Trout for Source to Sea, an immersive evening celebrating the science, partnerships, and people driving river restoration across the state.
Whether you’re already part of the CalTrout community or just beginning to learn about our work, Source to Sea offers a rare opportunity to step behind the scenes and meet the scientists, policy experts, and restoration leaders working every day to reconnect rivers, restore native fish populations, and build more resilient watersheds throughout California.
What to Expect:

Enjoy cocktails, seasonal hors d’oeuvres, and live music while exploring interactive stations featuring CalTrout’s statewide work. Meet the scientists, project managers, and policy experts leading restoration efforts across California, see the innovative technology we use to monitor fish and river health, and discover how science, advocacy, and collaboration are helping recover some of our state’s most iconic waterways.
