Conservation Director Curtis Knight was featured in an ABC TV broadcast covering the Klamath River restoration/dam removal controversy. Knight has worked on this issue for more than a decade, and was chosen due to CalTrout’s deep involvement in the issue.
The Klamath River dam removal is coming to a head, and we’re going to keep our membership updated on its progress — and we’ll certainly let you know when it’s time to act (a few of those times coming up).
This represents an historic chance to revive one of the west coast’s most prolific salmon and steelhead runs, and we plan to see it through.
