Sierra Headwaters

Marrina has extensive experience in both scientific research and as an environmental field consultant. She has been a Project Manager and team member for diverse projects conducting fish rescue and relocations, wildlife monitoring and cultural resource surveys, and hydroelectric relicensing studies. Marrina worked at Hubbs SeaWorld Research Institute in Carlsbad at their white seabass rearing facility as part of their fish habitat/feeding group and participated in wetland carbon sequestration research at VA Commonwealth University. Marrina has a B.S. in Environmental Science from CSU-East Bay in Hayward CA. She spends her free time hiking and exploring the Sierras or surfing in her home town of Carlsbad.
