Ran Huynh is an ambitious HR professional that has worked in various industries throughout his career. Before California Trout, Ran was working as a Robert Half consultant on their salaried professionals program, assisting different clients with their immediate HR needs. This includes benefits administration, conflict resolution and mediation, payroll support, and HR onboarding & offboarding. His most recent work focuses primarily within the non-profit sector, so he is thrilled to continue that full-time with CalTrout.

During the pandemic, Ran received two of his HR certifications from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI); an aPHR, and the PHR. As a 1st generation Asian American and a Bay Area native, he is hoping to bring his diverse background and HR expertise to build CalTrout’s foundation of HR from the ground up. One fish at a time!
