Fly fishing guide and photographer John Rickards launched a Kickstarter campaign to fund his fine art photography book on the McCloud River.
That campaign was funded, and now he’s celebrating the release of his book in a book signing party:
In addition to its role as one of the west’s most-loved fly fishing destinations, the McCloud remains under threat of upstream water diversions, a dam relicensing, and the raising of Shasta Dam (flooding another mile of river).
