Secure adequate, legally protected streamflows in Stevens Creek, Coyote Creek, and the Guadalupe River — three key South Bay watersheds — so that threatened steelhead can migrate, spawn, and rear successfully, by pushing a decades-old settlement agreement and water rights petition through to full implementation.
