Ada Fowler, Ph.D. received her MS degree from Colorado State University in Wildlife Ecology in 1990 and a Ph.D. in Conservation Biology from UC Davis in 2005. Ada is a leader in the restoration of riparian vegetation along the Shasta River and helped develop techniques to improve the survival of tree plantings. Ada has managed several large restoration projects and will lead the implementation of the Fall Flow Program to which improves flows for fall run Chinook. Ada is playing a key role in Hart Instream Flow Enhancement Project, working closely with partners and landowners to improve flows in the Little Shasta River.
