Dustin joined CalTrout as a Project Manager for the Mount Shasta-Klamath Region in 2023, bringing a diverse skill set with him. In 2015, Dustin graduated from Cal Poly Humboldt with a degree in Environmental Resources Engineering and began work in habitat restoration right away. He then worked as a Civil Project Engineer for four years before a stint as an independent fly fishing guide. He now finds himself managing projects in the same area he has spent his life exploring and is grateful for the opportunity to effect positive change.
