Mount Shasta / Klamath

Laurel joined the California Trout team in February 2023. She grew up alongside the rivers and mountains of rural Central Oregon and Northern California and is passionate about environmental sustainability and keeping our ecosystems healthy. She is currently studying for her M.B.A. and uses her knowledge and experience alongside the regional staff to assist project managers with grant administration while supporting the long-term goals and mission of CalTrout. Outside of the office, Laurel is an avid snowboarder, hiker, and gardener and enjoys travel, good food, and spending time with her husband and doggos.
